tot lot and a distinctive recreation center with meeting, exercise
and entertainment rooms and kitchen will provide endless opportunities
year-round for family fun.
Other future amenities planned for San Miguel Ranch include a neighborhood

a private community network and a web portal available only to San
Miguel Ranch residents. It offers information on community activities,

SCHOOL
INFORMATION
Chula
Vista Elementary School District announces Liberty Elementary. Students
and staff will have a dynamic school – 62,950 square feet
on 13 acres, that will provide a safe and supportive facility for
children’s education. The school will have six separate buildings:
administration, multipurpose/library/food service/childcare, and
32 K-6 classrooms (four buildings each with eight classrooms). Each
classroom will have a large screen display to project Internet information,
curriculum, class/student work, etc. Breakout work areas will be
located between classrooms.
Education
is the foundation upon which we build our future. Students must
be prepared to meet the challenges of the 21st century, striving
for academic excellence, developing skills to achieve career goals
and making meaningful contributions to society. San Miguel Ranch
residents are fortunate to live within the boundaries of two excellent
Chula Vista school districts.
Chula
Vista lies within California's largest secondary (grades 7-12) school
system, the Sweetwater Union High School District for middle/high
school students. Elementary school students are part of the Chula
Vista Elementary School District. Established in 1892, this district
is the largest K-6 school district in California.
