Three New Luxury Neighborhoods Now Selling at San Miguel Ranch

The San Miguel Ranch west side Perfection Collection now includes three new luxury home communities, plus one more coming soon by Trimark Pacific. The three new offerings include:

Estrella by Shea Homes which showcases three floor plans ranging from approximately 3,130 to 3,811 square feet with three to five bedrooms, three and one-half to four and one-half baths, courtyards, three-space garages and a variety of specialized rooms and available modifications including lofts, parlors, media rooms, gathering rooms, bonus rooms, libraries, casitas and loggias per plan. One plan has a first-floor master bedroom and all plans feature a first-floor bedroom that can become a guest suite. Maravilla, also by Shea Homes, featuring three grand floor plans on lots that average approximately 27,000 square feet. These vary by plan and may include additional bedrooms, lounges, master retreats, libraries, home offices, teen rooms, gathering rooms off kitchens, parlors, exercise rooms, studios and optional bar/second kitchens.
